Pegasus Imagery has designed and manufactured in Canada (with NATO sourced technology) the Hyperion, which is along range Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems (RPAS) capable of flying 800km+ at airspeed of 54kt (100km per hour). Our ongoing mission has solved the technology barrier to commercial drone adoption and has been specifically designed with active Detect and Avoid technology onboard, enabling true Beyond Visual Line of Sight (BVLOS) operations. Our systems can carry multiple payload options and perform low flight operations beyond traditional methods. And, as a primary builder and provider of this new technology, we are proud of our approval to facilitate flight operations in all restricted airspace across Canada. With a payload capacity of up to 44lbs and total weight of 132lbs, the autonomous capable aircraft the Hyperion can carry a multitude of payloads and sensors up to 10+ hours. The RPAS incorporates NATO STANAG and AS 9100 Aerospace Quality Management System standards, exceeding regulator expectations for performance and safety when collecting high-resolution geospatial and video and imagery data.
